Ailis Rogan, age 57, of Villas died on Friday at her home. Born in Phila., Pa., she was a resident here for eight years. She was a retired Philadelphia Police officer. She was a member of MENSA and a founding member of Lower Township Taxpayers Association. Surviving are her loving husband, Doug Dign, her mother, Rose Rogan, sisters Roseanne Christ, Bonnie Rogan of Florida, Connie Borichevsky of Pa. and Teresa Rogan of NJ;; a brother, Jerry Rogan of Pa. Her loving dogs will miss her. She was predeceased by Jack Rogan. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, 12:00 noon at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ , where friends may call after 11 AM. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Humane Society. She was appreciated by her friends and loved ones for her artistic creativity.
