Dorothy J. Murdock, 77, North Cape May, entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 2nd at Pelican Pointe Skilled Nursing Facility. Born January 27, 1947 in Wynnewood PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Louise (Weissgerber) Schwartz. A graduate of Haverford High School, she was athletic and lettered in the Varsity sports she participated in. Dorothy was an adventurous soul who loved many different outdoor activities including water skiing, sky diving and fishing. She also enjoyed traveling and visiting many places including Hawaii and Germany; however, her favorite place to visit was Ocean City MD. Dorothy also enjoyed singing along to her favorite 70's tunes especially her all-time favorite artist Englebert Humperdink. She will forever be missed by her sons Keith Wagner husband of Kelly and Matt Wagner husband of Lauren; grandchildren Tyler, Keira, Michael and Madison; great grandchildren Leila, Joseph and Carter; brother Bill Schwartz husband of Denise; and nephews Kyle and Ryan. Funeral services will be held at Noon Friday, November 8th at Evoy Funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road North Cape May NJ. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 11AM until the time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to the Cape May County Animal Shelter.
