My name is Kevin Downs , and I warmed with Dottie at Penn Machine for many years. She was a hard worker , and a huge help for all of us in the HR department. She helped me and my family with issues where we needed her help. My family’s thoughts and prayers are with Dottie and her family. She will be missed.
