Frank guided me on so many things as a seasonal owner at Ocean Place, he was our family's North Star for advice, redirection, contacts to get things done. His fun side came out when Ocean Place gained real (not plastic) palm trees, a DJ/caterer and more. It showed a great Fatherly touch when he brought his son along sometimes to work when we needed a hand. Frank fell in Love and we all celebrated that, but when he said a Grandbaby was coming, he glowed. You could hear it in his voice and see his expression.
Frank got a promotion to Fairy Godfather for all the Earthlings from family and friends to Ocean Place, but especially Noah, the little guy. Frank wanted to teach him to fish. He can do it daily for Noah and any thing he did for all of us just from a higher perspective now. The Kennedy/Norton family considers themselves Blessed to have known Frank for decades. Thank you to his wife and children for sharing Frank with us.
