I knew Joe through my long time friend,Loretta Bannon. Loretta and Joe became inseparable friends after the death of their spouses. My friend Peggy Stein and I went to the shore on numerous occasions over many years to visit them. We always went for a visit in October to celebrate their October birthdays. Loretta would have been 99 in October of 2019 but sadly she died in May 2019. The above photo of Loretta and Joe was taken at Loretta's home in North Cape May in Oct 2018 to celebrate their 98th birthdays. I am so sorry that I learned of Joe's death too late to attend his funeral. I loved Joe. He was a great guy!

Joe and my Mom were together for well over 20 years. They lived a very happy life together and were a pleasure to be around as they fell asleep in front of the tv. I’ve often wondered whether Joe would have enjoyed square dancing as my Mom did many years ago. I think he would. Here’s to you Joe, a wonderful man and good friend

To The Luczejko Family...
Joe will be greatly missed by his friends and fellow workers at the Friday Night Bingo at St. John Of God Church. He was a great inspiration to all that knew him. My husband Jim and I had the pleasure of working with Joe on Friday nights and enjoyed the wisdom and stories he shared with us pertaining to every day issues he has faced throughout his 99 years, and his want to "Go Home." We were fortunate enough to share his "99th" birthday this past October at the Hall with cake and singing, quite to his surprise. Joe, You are now with the Lord and very content, we will miss you dearly. Our prayers and condolences go out to You and Your family.
Sincerely,
Sandy & Jim Minster
