My sincere sympathy to Mrs. Lapsley and her family. I was a friend and coworker of Mr. Lapsley at PE for about 20 years when we worked in the North District. Mr Lapsley was a conscientious, loyal employee. In addition he was fiendly, considerate and thoughtful. I will have Mr. Lapsley and his family in my prayers. Bill Rohlfing
