So sad to hear about the passing of my cousin! Grew up with him on the same street in Holmes, Pa. Loved him as a brother! All my prayers to his family.
I had the pleasure to meet Frank recently. I was only in his company 2 times. I was very sorry to hear of his passing. I enjoyed our brief encounters. He seemed like a real mans man. So very sorry.
Hoping that the entire Penrose family is at peace with Rackie's passing. God has a plan for everyone.
Fondest memory of Rackie was as a teenager when the boys from Holmes would challenge other neighborhoods to football games. Rackie would often be our quarterback.
