Junie was our next door neighbor on W. Water St. for 10+ years. He was a wonderful person: happy, friendly, fun loving, caring--a joy to be around. We remember the lovely times at his (and Patty's) home, yard and boat. We enjoyed the whole family: Junie, Patty, Pat, Cindy, Tag, and Frank. I saw him in his professional capacity a number of times. He excelled there as well. A first class man--it was our privilege to know hime. We're sorry we will be unable to attend the funeral or viewing--but all the best to the rest of the Helt family!
