Knew Frank for years as the Tastykake driver to the Courthouse Acme. Later when my wife Bobbie was the manager of the N Cape May store she hired him and his "One man band" to play there for the customers. He was a fine man with a wonderful sense of humor. Being originally from Phila. also we shared a common reference of things. My wife & I offer our condolences to the family. He will be missed greatly
