On behalf of the staff and volunteers at Cape Regional Medical Center, please accept our most sincere expression of sympathy on the passing of our dear Nellie Billingham.
Nellie was a devoted Pastoral Care volunteer at the hospital since 2003, contributing more than 300 hours of caring spiritual service to our patients. Nellie was a wonderful team member who most willingly extended a hand to those in need. She will be deeply missed by all.
