Obituary of Victor A Krivitski

Victor A Krivitski, age 21, of Cape May Court House passed away peacefully on Monday, August 22, 2011 at his home with family and friends by his side, after a courageous 8 month battle with cancer. He has been a life long Cape May County resident. Victor was a 2008 graduate of St Augustine Prep and was currently in his junior year as a Geology major at Colgate University. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity, a rugby player, and radio host for WRCU the school's radio station. Vic lived life to the fullest often working multiple summer jobs; but his favorite was working as a white water rafting guide on the Arkansas River in Colorado. In his leisure time he enjoyed hiking and rock climbing in the Adirondack Mountains, Colorado, & New Hampshire. He also enjoyed scuba diving, camping, and riding his motorcycle. In his younger years he was an altar server and a lector at St Anne RC Church. Victor is survived by his parents Victor & Roxane Krivitski; his maternal grandmother Edna Malanowski; many aunts; uncles; and cousins. Victor was well loved by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. He was a loyal friend. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the Parish of Notre Dame de la Mer, St Anne's RC Church, 2900 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260; where friends may call from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Victor's memory to Brendan Borek Memorial Fund; the Love of Linda Cancer Fund; or Survivors of Cancer. .
