I became acquainted with Bill and Arlene when I was living in Cape May sometime around 1996 when enjoying the natural beach along Delaware Bay known as Higbees Beach. Our mutual enjoyment of the beauty found in nature and our fellow humans became a bond that attracted many folks and we had a group of people who became close and who looked forward to seeing each other and enjoying each other's company and the natural freedom we were able to explore at the beach. When the powers that be decided to take away the freedoms that brought us all together they also in effect took our friends away. I moved from the area in 2000 and have just returned. I had hopes that I might see my friend Bill again which I will not, at least for now, but I will always cherish those days at the beach and remember the enjoyment I would feel when we all shared time together. Thanks for being a friend. You have been, and will be, fondly remembered. Peace.
