Our sincerest condolences of the passing of Joe. Joe was my boss at Cape May and what a remarkable person he was. He taught me so much and mentored me in so many ways. To Donna, I was a Chief at Wildwood when you used to come to the beach and I sponsored you. I retired in 1999 as a CWO4 (thanks to your father). I will always have fond memories of Mr. Cook.
