OBITUARY
Mary M. Walter age 79 of North Cape May passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, December 20, 2012. She was born in Atlantic City, raised in Sea Isle City, and was a Cape May area resident for the past 60 years. Mary was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent in Cape May. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Robert J. Walter; a son Clifford (Melissa Concepcion) Walter of N. Cape May; three daughters: Donna (Fred) Jacob of Knoxville, TN; Barbara (Ron) Chavanne of Villas; and Karen (Andrew) Axelsson of Cape May; son-in-law Robert Norday; two brothers: Rev. Richard Straughn and Daniel Straughn; eight grandchildren: Melissa, Paul, Allison, Amber, Amanda, Alisha, Alexandra, Janel and two great grandchildren: Paul J. and Brayden. Mary was preceded in death by a daughter Debra Nordaby. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at The Episcopal Church of the Advent, 686 Washington St., Cape May; where friends may call from 10 to 11 am.
