Steven F. Clarency "Pugsly", age 43 of Villas passed away Saturday, July 18, 2009.He was born in Philadelphia, PA and resided in the Cape May Co. area since 1977. He was a free spirited individual and enjoyed riding his moped. He is survived by his mother and step-father Susan and Victor Romeo; father Arthur Clarency; brother David Clarency ; sister Susan Tomes and his loving dog Rocko. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009, 11:00 am at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May. Viewing from 10-11 am on Wednesday.Burial at the Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, Cold Spring.
