Francis T. Thorne, age 67, of Villas died on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at his home. Born in Pennsylvania, he formerly resided in Narberth, PA before moving here five years ago. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Period. He worked as a foreman for Narberth Public Works Department. He was a member of Yoag Fishing Club and was Catholic by faith. Surviving are his wife of eleven years, Lois; children, Dorothy, Frank and Patrick Thorne, Jason, Jessica, Jeffrey and John Edonick, three grandchildren and his brother, Harry Thorne. A graveside service will be held on Friday, 11:30 AM at the Cold Spring Cemetery Veterans' Section. Donations in his memory may be sent to:
