Alan W. Russell, 78, of Del Haven, NJ died on Thursday, May 28th at Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House after a lengthy illness. Born in Erie, PA he resided in Audubon, NJ before moving to Del Haven seven years ago. He was a retired bookkeeper for Laum Metal Products of Phila. He served in the U. S. Navy during the Korean Conflict.. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Audubon. Surviving are his wife, Pearl. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral service on Tuesday, 11:00 AM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 129 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Harleigh Cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be sent to: Deborah Heart & Lung Foundation, 200 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
