Obituary of Clare R. Bleil

Clare R. Bleil (nee Zukauskas), age 91, of North Cape May died on April 13, 2009 in Cape Regional Medical Center. She was born on April 11, 1918 in Phila., PA. Clare had been a resident of the area since 1976, residing on Suzanne Ave and most recently, Victoria Commons. She was an avid crafter and bowler, former member of Millman Seniors, N. Cape May Seniors, Lower Twp. Rescue Squad Auxiliary and St. John of God Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter E., son Walter G. , parents Eva and Anthony and a sister, Aldona Hesson. She was a loving and generous mother, grandmother and grammy. Surviving are a daughter, Eileen Nusser (Scott); granddaughters Lee Anne Male-James (Randy), Karyn McLeod (Michael), Lisa Bleil, Jessica Bleil, Elizabeth Malone (Jim) and great-grandchildren, Sophie and Tessa James and Dillon, Griffin and Collin MacLeod, a sister, Sister Mary Evelyn and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, 11:00 am at St. John of God Church, Townbank Road, N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call after 10:00 am. Burial will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cem.
