Josephine Capriglione, 68- of North Cape May, died on Thursday at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court house. She was born in Coral Gables, FL and formerly lived in Mountainside, NJ before moving to N. Cape May ten years ago. She, along with her husband were owner/operators of Cappy's Coffee Shop in Mountainside. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was always willing to help anyone in need. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Mountainside and attended local catholic churches. She was also a member of the North Cape Seniors, the Italian American Association of Lower Township and enjoyed playing bingo.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Lenny; two sons Lenny of Fanwood and Anthony (Jill) of Scotch Plains; a daughter, Lisa (John) Giogowski of N. Cape May and four grandchildren, Nicole, Johnny, Vinny and Callie. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2009, 11 am at the Evoy funeral Home 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May, NJ where friends may call after 10 am. Burial will be in cold Spring Cemetery.
