Violet Marie Gabel, 88 of N. Cape May, NJ, died Friday, April 3, 2009 at the Cape Regional Med. Center, Cape May Court House. She was an employed as a cafeteria worker at Lower Consolidated School for 20 years and was a member of St John of God RC Church. She was predeceased in death by her first husband Ulmont Hoyle and second husband William Gabel. Violet is survived by two sons; Walter (Judith) Hoyle of Villas and Edward (Donna ) Hoyle of Stoughton, MA; two granddaughter, Beethany Jerrell and Megan Hoyle and one great-grandson Connor Jerrell , a sister in law Ruth Higgins, two brother in laws John and Frank Gabel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday 11am at St. John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Road, N. Cape May. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8pm at Evoy Funeral Homes, Inc., 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May and Wednesday from 10 to 11 am at the church. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery, Cold Spring. Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Evoy Funeral Home.
