Obituary of Charles Thomas Rich

Charles "Tom" Rich, 65 of Cape May Court House, NJ, died suddenly Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House. He was born in Darby, PA., he had been a Cape May resident over 25 years. He was a Vietnam Navy veteran serving on the USS Ranger and USS Coral Sea and a volunteer at the Aviation Museum at the Cape May Co. Airport. A 1960 graduate of Cape May High School Mr. Rich was a 25 year employee of the Yarway Corp. of Blue Bell PA. Surviving are his children: Colleen (Michael) Scott of Mayfield, NY, Chad Rich (Kelly) of Schwenksville, PA; step-children: Heather (Dean) Esposito of Gloversville, NY and Heidi Rios (Dave) also of Schwenksville, PA.; one brother John (Sue) Rich of Venice FL; three sisters, Betty Rich White (Ed) of Villas, NJ, Janet Rich Klecz (Barry) of Cape May Court House, NJ and Doreen Rich Camp (Ed) of Lexington, S. Carolina; one grandson, Joshua Golas of Mayfield, NY. He is predeceased by his parents J. Edward and Betty Rich. Funeral services will be 10:00am, Tuesday March 17, 2009 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., North Cape May, NJ. Interment will follow at the Bethel Methodist Cemetery, Green Creek (NO CALLING HOUR) .
