Felix Primus Obituary
Felix "Fil" Primus, age 86, of Villas died on Dec. 22, 2008 at his home.
Born in Clevlis, Italy, he formerly lived in Wyndmoor, Pa. before moving to Villas in 1987. He was a stonemason in the Phila. area and was a member of the Bricklayer's & Allied Craftsmen Union Local #3. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II, under General Patton as a Combat Engineer. In his younger years, he enjoyed bike riding. He was predeceased by his first wife, Gentle and his second wife, Helen Faust Primus. Surviving are a step-son, Edwin (Kathleen) Faust of Northfield, step-grandchildren Matthew, Joseph and Michael Faust; daughter Carol (Alfonzo) Manzi and grandson, Felix, Jr.; and sisters Lina, Antoinette and Julia. A Catholic prayer service will be held on Monday, 11:00 AM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Cold Spring, NJ. Donations will be gratefully accepted for Masses to be said at Mater Ecclesiae R. C. Church, 261 Cross Keys Rd., Berlin, NJ 08209 or at materecclesiae.org.
