Obituary of Eugene R Woturski

Eugene ("Gene") R Woturski Jr., 66, of Villas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at North Cape Center. Born in Camden, NJ and formerly of Philadelphia; he has been a Cape May area resident since 1984. Gene served his country in the US Marine Corps; was an able bodied seaman working on tugboats and deep sea boats out of Philadelphia; worked for the Cape May Lewes Ferry; and lastly worked part time for Burke Motors. He was a member of the Villas Fishing Club and enjoyed tending to his family, home, and pets. Gene is survived by his wife Rose (nee Skojec) of Villas; his sister Sandra Borkowski; nephew Christopher; and niece Theresa. Also surviving are: his sister-in-law Marge (Bill) Sturm; his brother-in-law Steve (Connie) Skojec; and nephews Michael & Jeffrey. There will be a memorial services at 12 noon on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd. Cold Spring, NJ 08204. The family suggests donations in Gene's memory to St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
