OBITUARY George Smith Jr., "Gabby", age 95, of Villas passed away on Friday November 16, 2012 at the North Cape Center. He was born in Philadelphia and resided in the Villas most of his life. George had been the owner operator of Smitty's Parking Lot in Wildwood and had worked for many years as a milkman for Sealtest Dairies in Wildwood. George had also worked as a union carpenter. In his earlier years George had been very involved in youth sports in Villas. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and watching baseball especially the Phillies.. He was a member of the Villas Fishing Club and the VFW both in the Villas. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Eleanor (nee Kindermann); two sons, John (Peggy) Smith and George (Diane) Smith, a daughter Susan (Don) Nelson; and a niece Benita Mulligan. He also leaves seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May where friends may call from 10 am to 12 noon. Burial will follow at the Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery.
