Obituary of Annie Louise Jackson

Annie Louise Jackson, age 81, of Cape May died on Tuesday at her home. Born in Lower Township, she was a lifelong area resident. She worked for several families in the Cape May area, served with the Meals on Wheels Program as a cook and enjoyed cooking, especially for her family. She was a member of Christ Gospel Church in Whitesboro, NJ. Surviving are her children, Thomas Jackson of Wildwood, Robert (Susan) Jackson of Del Haven, Linda Jackson of Cape May Court House and Angela Jackson of New York City and their father, General Lee Jackson, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, aunts, Lois Smith of Lower Township and Lou Ella Butler of Cape May and a daughter in law Dr. Theresa Bridge-Jackson of West Cape May. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha (Marti) Holman and a brother, Robert Williams. A memorial service will be held on Friday, 12 noon at Christ Gospel Church, 2209 Route 9 S., Whitesboro, NJ 08252. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Christ Gospel Church Building Fund.
