Evelyn Irene Lund, age 84, of Erma died on Friday at her home. Born in Oakview, Pa., she formerly lived in Upper Darby, Pa. before moving to the Cape May area in 1947.
She was a member of the Rio Grande Bible Baptist Church and Cape May Chapter #156 O.E.S. Surviving are her devoted husband of 65 years, Warren O.; three sons, Robert and wife Rheva Lund of Crossville, Tenn.; Barry Lund of Washington State and Bruce and Brenda Lund of Gainesville, FL; a daughter, Donna Oliver and husband Jack of New Market, Md; 11 grandchildren 19 great-grandchildren;
two brothers, Gene Sessamen of Bloomington, Ill. and Donald Sessamen.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Lund and a brother, Raymond Sessaman.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, 2:00 PM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call after 12 noon. Burial will be in Tabernacle Cemetery, Erma, NJ.
