Bernard Buddy W. Armstrong, age 85, of North Cape May died on Monday in Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Phila., Pa., he resided in Warminster, Pa. before moving here in 1982. He served in the Army Air Corps in WW II. He was a service manager for Volkswagon of America in Phila. He was an elder in Cold Spring Presbyterian Church, past commander of Coast Guard Aux. Flotilla #86 of Lower Township, Life member of D.A.V. of Del Haven, V.F.W. #3725 of Town Bank and North Cape May Seniors. Surviving are his wife, Joan; sons Bernard W., Jr. and William, daughter, Lynn Gable and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 11:00 AM at Cold Spring Presbyterian Church, 780 Seashore Rd., Cold Spring, NJ, where friends may call after 10:00 AM. Burial will be in the churchyard cemetery. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the charity of your choice. Evoy Funeral Home.
