Theresa Payne, age 43, of Cape May died on March 2, 2008 at home. Born in Phila., Pa., she moved to Cape May, where she resided most of her life. She was employed at Fish & Fancy Restaurant and as a secretary at Offshore Getty of Villas. Surviving are her family, Michael Payne of Cape May, Herbert Payne of Lower Twp., Daniel Payne of Lower Twp., Richard Stockton of Lower Twp., Helen Stockton of S.C. and Edward Stockton of Lower Twp. and a cousin, Trish. A memorial service will be held on Friday, 11:00 AM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call from 10:00 AM. Contributions in her memory may be sent to: Animal Welfare Society, 40 Route 47, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
