John H. Schmucker, age 61, of South Dennis died on Friday at his home. Born in Washington, D.C., he lived in Wysetta, Minn. before moving here in 1970. He was a job coach for ARC of Cape May County, S. Dennis, NJ. He was a member of the Lighthouse Church of
Burleigh. He was a volunteer for A.A. Surviving are his wife, Peggy; two daughters, Pamela Wendt and Laura Schmucker; a son, Samuel; four grandchildren, Graham, Taylor, Laura Ann and Lucas and two brothers, Alan and Fred. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 7:30 PM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call from 6:30 PM. Contributions in his memory may be sent to: American Cancer Society, 626 N. Shore Rd., Absecon, NJ 08201.
