Robert J. Grulich, age 90, of North Cape May died on Sunday at North Cape Center. Born in Hoboken, NJ, he formerly lived in Berkeley Hts., NJ before moving to Cape May Point in 1979. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He was employed by Krementz & Co., of Newark, NJ, until he retired in 1979. He was a member of the Cape May Point Volunteer Fire Co., the Cape May Point Board of Adjustments and enjoyed bird watching and sailing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margery Ann St. John in 1979 and a brother, Lester. Surviving are his children, Robert S. Grulich of Chesapeake City, Md., Janet Hughes of Fallbrook, CA and Frank Grulich of Campo, CA.; two sisters, Dorothea Bankson of Chattanooga, TN and Toni Cox of Auburn, CA. and two grandsons, Alan and Ken Grulich. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, 1:00 pm at the Cape May Point Fire Co., 412 Yale Avenue, Cape May Point.
