He was born in Philadelphia . He was a Captain for 26 years of the Starbrite F/V of Sedroc Inc. in Cape May.
Surviving is his wife of 27 years, Michelle (Toal); four children, Alyson, Frank X III (Tara), Heather and Jacquelyn Carroll; a granddaughter Ava; his father Frank X. Carroll; brothers John and Matthew Carroll; sisters Patti Carroll, Jean Springsteen, Anne Forbes and Maureen Forlenza; a sister in law Tina Wolford and nine nieces and nephews
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 19, 2007, 11 am at St. Anns RC Church, 2901 Pacific Ave., Wildwood, NJ . A viewing will be held Friday 7 to 9 pm at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N. Cape May. and Saturday from 10 to 11 AM at the church. Burial is private
