James C. Birmingham, age 67, of Erma died on Thursday, Jan. 3rd at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Born in Frackville, Pa., he formerly resided in Reading for over 30 years before moving here 28 years ago. He was a driver for Yellow Cab of Wildwood and was employed by Polombo Pharmacy and Greens Liquors in Wildwood. Surviving are his wife Nancy L. (Spitler); children, Christina (Geoffrey) Ellis, Jaime (Charles) Knutson and Kimberly and Beth Birmingham; sisters, Joan (Blaine) Dunkleberger and Betty Birmingham; a brother, Francis (Cathy) Birmingham; five grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica, Mark, Jenifer and Sarah; seven great-grandchildren and former wife, Mary Davis. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, 3:00 PM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, NJ, where friends may call from 2:00 PM. Donations in lieu of flowers.
