Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of a great person, a friend and neighbor. I feel a sense of comfort in knowing Regina is no longer suffering, however I feel selfish knowing I can't pick up the phone and talk to you or see you in the garden working. I cherish every moment I had and thank you for all you did for me. Love you always.

I have nothing but good memories of Aunt Reggie…she was a witty conversationalist, an excellent host, and an inspiring world traveler. Her cats, her comments, and her good cheer will be missed. Cape May will always bring back those sentiments…

SO many memories: the Sunday night card games, the collies, the cameras, a new Michel Le Grande album almost every week, the glamorous aunt, the cats, the dry humor, the indomitable spirit, the super-shopper, running over the frozen cheesecake so she wouldn't eat it--what a woman! She was ahead of her time in the workplace, a model of independence and rooted in the importance of family. She will be missed by all of us who knew her, but especially the women who were there for her whenever needed. Sincere condolences to her dear friend, Marge and to Phyllis, Ginny and Mary Lou who did so much driving and visiting and listening. Now they are left to carry out her wishes and we thank them. Ciao, Auntie--your legacy will be one of smiles as we remember all the ways that we knew you.

Wow. Words do not do justice to this dynamic woman who was so far ahead of her time. Straight forward, honest, a wry sense of humor, surprising, intelligent, resilient, always a great attitude, a traveler filled with wisdom and a real rascal! Auntie Gina had the ability to make me laugh even on the worst of days. One time she signed an e-mail "Auntie Zia". I responded, "Auntie Zia?! Sounds like some kind of Polish gypsy!". She responded, "I am!". When I told her how I regretted a work decision I had made a few years ago she said, "I hate being right all the time!". I feel so lucky to have gotten to know her over the last few years. I love you and will miss you Auntie Gina, but I hope you are having a great time up in heaven.....filled with kitties and tartufo of course!

My aunt was a great inspiration to me and I think a great example of how one can face life end issues with grace and humor. I will miss our lively conversations and political e-mails (she always knew she would get a response from me usually on the opposite side, sometimes in agreement, but always in good humor and that was the fun of it..I told her to keep them coming .) My colleagues from Slovakia couldn't believe her energy level when she visited in Seattle for my work anniversary celebration and still comment on that today, She had more energy than all 3 of us. Here's to a life well lived.

Aunt Reg leaves many happy memories in my mind, and she thrilled me in my younger days, as she would make exquisite outfits for my Barbie dolls and present them to me at Christmas time, Birthdays, etc. She and Uncle Syl came to our home on Barnett Street for many years, on Sunday night, to play cards with mom and dad. Aunt Reg ALWAYS walked in with an amazing looking home-made cake, and my sisters and I would yearn for a piece, even though we knew it would get cut well after we went to bed. Many years later, I have enjoyed conversing with her through e-mails, and her wit and positive attitude made me smile. Rest in Peace Aunt Reg.

Aunt Reg was such a wonderful personality. She was full of advice and had a great sense of humor. She loved "bling" and used every opportunity to have something sparkling on everything she used! We called her "Auntie Mame".
She is greating missed. God rest her soul. I hope she is gardening to her heart's content in heaven!

My "Auntie Gina" was a great lady with a pointed sense of humor. No matter the situation she found the irony in life and so we had many a long conversation filled with laughter. I often wished we lived closer so instead we spent hours on the phone. She was my confidante. She was my mentor. She was my hero.
I spoke with her days before she passed. She was still cracking wise and telling me about the latest addition to her garden and the antics of her beloved kitties.
Her love of "bling" is renowned but she didn't need it to sparkle.
Oh Auntie, you will be missed by all of us who had the pleasure of knowing you.
Godspeed.
