Samuel Harry Polischuk, age 73, of Trenton and formerly of North Cape May, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital of Camden, NJ. Samuel was born July 25, 1941 in Delaware County, PA. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. Samuel was employed by Ocean City, NJ as a Municipal Worker for 28 years. He is survived by three daughters: Carrie, Kim, & Denise, two sisters, and two brothers. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
