Your Mom was an asset to my family's buisness, Menz Restaurant, for several years. We had many good laughs in between the summer chaos. She was known by the waitstaff under her management as "mother superior." She was strict, but always fare. She nicknamed herself and I "Frick and Frack." I was Frick and she was Frack, but in reality, we were a great team! She will be sorely missed!!
