Phyllis J. Stahl, age 79, of Ocean View passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 at Ocean View Center of Cape May Court House, NJ. Phyllis was born April 15, 1935 in Wichita, KS. She is the daughter of the late Melvin Eugene and the late Artimecia (Richards) Wagner. Phyllis was employed as an Administrative Assistant in the Transportation Industry. She is survived by three sons: Rodger Stahl of Aston, PA, Robert Stahl of Wycoff, NJ, & Ronnie Stahl. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
