Dolores Estelle Adams, age 82, of Cape May passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at Cape Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. Dolores was born July 28, 1932 in East Landsdowne, PA and was formerly from Upper Darby, PA. She was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and growing up, spent summers in Ocean City, NJ. After retiring from Kemper Insurance of Philadelphia, she moved to the Cape May area. Dolores is the daughter of the late Henry Adams and the late Helen (nee Lance) Adams-Monroe. She was a member of the Cape Island Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. Dolores was also a member of the Angelus Chorus of Cape May Court House. She had a great fondness for animals of all kinds. Dolores is survived by her daughter Jane Rife (Christian) of Erma, NJ and her beloved grandson Justin. Also surviving is her sister Helen Coyle (James). Funeral Services will be private.
