Eileen E Adkins, age 62, of North Wildwood passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Eileen was born August 17, 1952 in Ft. Dix, NJ and has been a Cape May area resident for over 40 years. She is the daughter of the late Daniel L and the late Eleanora (Hutchinson) Michaels. Eileen was employed by Brent's Restaurant, Cape May, NJ as a Waitress and also operated a Hot Dog Cart on the Beach of Cape May. She was a kind and loving person who enjoyed painting and could often be found fishing from the Cape May Canal Bridge. Eileen is survived by two sons: Matthew Adkins of Wildwood, NJ and Dustin Adkins of Wildwood, NJ; along with one grandson. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
