Ruth E Piotrowicz (nee Temple), age 87, of Villas passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home with her family at her bedside on Friday, February 13, 2015. Ruth enjoyed retirement playing Bingo with friends, going to the casinos, doing scratch offs, and feeding her squirrels and birds. She was an avid reader and a member of the North Cape May Senior Center.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Edward C Piotrowicz and her mother-in-law Mary Piotrowicz. She was the beloved mother of Theresa (Ronald) Hillman, devoted grandmother to Ronald Hillman and Tara Leigh (Billy) Gorey, and great-grandmother to Zane Hillman and Liam Gorey. Also surviving is her sister Tina Solino. There will be a funeral service at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
