Ruth R McMaster, age 88, of Rio Grande passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at her home. Ruth was born September 17, 1926 in Bryn Mawr, PA. She is the daughter of the late Walter and the late Martha (Durnall) Volkert. Ruth was married to Edward McMaster in 1983 and they lived for many years in Florida. Edward passed away on 08/10/2000.
