Obituary of Nancy W Thompson

Nancy W. Thompson, age 86, of Green Creek, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ. Nancy was born in Wildwood; and has been a Cape May County resident all her life. She worked at the First National Bank of Toms River Villas Branch for 19 years as a teller at the drive in window (affectionately known as Nancy's Drive In). Nancy was a long time member of St Barnabas by the Sea Episcopal Church where she was a member of the choir. She was preceded in death by her husband Hiram L Thompson (who was the warden at the County Jail) in 1988 and her step son George Thompson. Nancy is survived by her son William (Hope) Thompson and her daughter Norma Thompson; six grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at St Barnabas by the Bay Episcopal Church, 13 W Bates Ave, Villas, NJ 08251; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
