Carolyn M. Lamey,(nee Murphy), 81, of West Cape May passed away peacefully on December 15, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Robert; her sons Robert Jr. (Tracy) and Gary (Lori); her daughters, Kathryn Axelsson (Kurt) and Sharon Hickok (Darrin). She was a loving grandmother to Justin, Jennifer, Hannah, Dan, Cole, Ashley, Jayden, Samantha, Justine, Lindsey and Darrin Jr.; great-grandmother to Joseph, Nolan and Brielle. Born in Glenside, PA, Carrie graduated from West Chester State Teacher's College and went on to become an educator. Carrie will remain in the hearts of her loving siblings, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday, December 29 from 12:30-1:30 at Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church, Washington St., Cape May. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Carolyn's memory to the charity of your choice, Condolences may be shared at www.evoyfuneralhome.com.
