This is supposed to be about memories, I didn't know your son Josh well but I do know you and feel blessed to have you as a friend. I also know all I have to offer is tears and a broken heart for your loss of your dear son Josh. Ann I want you to remember you did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE and then some since the very day Josh took ill, staying with him watching his medical care with an educated eye and praying, praying and more praying that God would spare your child. No one knows why all this has happened to a healthy young man of 21 with his whole life ahead of him, only what we are instructed in our faith and that Gods will be done. Josh is a big healthy angel NOW with peaceful eyes and a big smile now that his torment of his long illness is over with along with the concern he had in his heart for you watching it all happen day after day for months to him. He will always be around you, protecting you and your family. Love ones are never gone you just have to open your heart to feel their presence around you and take great comfort in that because that is what they want. You are blessed with Frankie and Kaitlin and of course your understanding and loving husband together with your family around you take strength from each other.
All I can offer you is tears and a heavy heart along with loving understanding, please accept these modest gifts knowing they are from the heart.
