Carroll S Brown, age 82, of North Cape May passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at his home with his family by his side.. Mr. Brown was born November 7, 1931 in Cape May, NJ and was a Cape May Co. resident most of his life having resided in Arlington, VA for three years. Carroll served his country in the US Navy during the the Korean War. He had been employed with Cape May County Road Dept. as a Heavy Equipment Shop Forman. He had been a member of Calvary Chapel , Erma. He is survived by his wife: Josephine "Jo" Brown , four children: Lynda Eitel, Allen D Brown, Margaret (Robert) Severio, Jessica Brown:; a sister,: Emily Louise Taylor;. four stepchildren,, Sandra (Brian) Marker; , John (Dawn) E Jones; , Stephen (Sheena) Jones; Maureen (Richard )Sandman;.
