Obituary of Tyler Karl Gretz

Tyler Karl Gretz, age 19, of Cape May Court House passed into eternal peace September 26, 2014. In his early youth, Tyler excelled as a BMX racer with his racing team at the Egg Harbor Township, NJ track. As a freshman at Middle Township High School, he trophied in his weight category with the wrestling team. He was an accomplished snow boarder, having mastered the skills of the winter sport as displayed by professional instructors. Upon completion of high school, Tyler's ambitions focused on multi-faceted entrepreneurships involving nutrition and contemporary and extraordinary artifact collections. Tyler's life passions involved the exploration and daily practice of holistic health; combining pure diet, exercise and an infinite desire to develop and nurture profound friendships and understanding of those converging in his life. His love of animals, and all living things, especially his pets, Bradley and Riley was second-to-none. Most recently, Tyler and his mother had been proud to participate in programs offered to the community at the Lighthouse Church. Tyler is survived by his parents Karl and Peggy Gretz, brother Austin, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and scores of friends. In celebration of Tyler's life, a memorial service will commence promptly at noon Saturday, October 11, 2014 for family, relatives and friend. The memorial service will be held at the Lighthouse Church, 1248 South Route 9, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Interment will be private.
