Mildred M. Chew (Townsend Olsen Carpenter), age 82, of Del Haven died peacefully at her home surrounded by family Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Mildred was born October 16, 1931 in Philadelphia, PA to Theresa and Walter Townsend. She is survived by her children: Mildred (James) Card, Roald (Theresa) Olsen, Jr., John (Cherri) Olsen, Sr., Lars (Michele) Olsen, Sr., and Brenda (Larry) Trasatti. Also surviving are nine stepchildren, 44 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204 on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 12:00 PM; where friends will be received from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
