Lucille M. Simmons, age 85, of North Cape May crossed "Life's Finish Line" on Sunday, September 7, 2014. She was a well traveled woman with a world class smile. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Addison; a brother Joseph Mayo; and sisters: Patricia Mayo and Bernadette McKeon. She is survived by a son Michael Simmons of Wildwood; two daughters: Stephany (Bruce) Britton of Erma and Susan (Martin) Shields of North Cape May; and two brothers: John Mayo of Maryland & James Mayo of North Carolina. She also leaves her six grandchildren who are thankful for her love and support and her homemade applesauce.
