James Joseph Reagan, age 65, of Cape May Court House took his first breath in Heaven on Monday, August 11, 2014. Jim was born in Germantown, PA and moved to North Cape May shortly thereafter, where he remained a lifelong Cape May County resident. He was a Combat Engineer in the US Army from 1968-1969. Jim served his country proudly in the Vietnam War. He will forever be remembered for his uncanny ability to light up a room with humor and stories. Jim was a beloved father, brother, and friend. He took great pride in raising his son James and was very proud of him. Jim was the type of guy who would do anything for anybody. He was a good man. Jim is survived by his son James R Reagan (Jennifer Reagan) and brothers Michael Reagan and Francis Reagan (Barbara Reagan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jim was predeceased by his brother Joseph Reagan, his parents Joseph and Grace Reagan, and his son's mother Michele Haberman. There will be a Memorial Service at 1:30 PM Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 1:00 to 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at Cold Spring Cemetery, 780 Seashore Rd, Cold Spring, NJ 08204.
