Memories of my Daddy?? He taught me how to fish:) Every summer no matter what we were out on that boat with all the hard back breaking work he put into it. But he never complained he loved it. When i became pregnant at 16, i expected that he was going to be so ashamed and never speak to or forgive me again.. But he just hugged me and said"It will be ok" I realized at that very moment what type of man he was. A man of honor and compassion who loved his children so very much. Then i had my own children and I NEVER EVER could've raised those children without him. He paid their tuition so they could have a better education as I never could've afforded it. He just wanted the best for them no matter the cost. He was the most selfless man I've ever known. Always thinking about or praying for somebody else. If u had the pleasure of knowing my Dad, u were blessed so be grateful u knew such an amazing man. I'll remember him every day and I'll smile when i think of him. Because he lived such a full life that most of us could only dream of and because in his passing he has brought our family back together and i wish he was here for me to thank him. But i know he's watching and he's happy because we're a family again. I love you Daddy and I'll miss u every single day. I hope u have fun up there and I'll see u when i get there and i can't wait! I LOVE YOU DADDY!

What a character Frank was. I had the pleasure of having Frank as a preceptor when the PIT rode as a second. Afterwards I got to ride with a Frank a few times and we ran into each other now and then. There are few people that you cross paths with even briefly that stick with you, make an impact, an impression that imblazoned in your soul forever and Frank was that guy. What a run he had and he seemed to enjoy every minute of it. We should all strive to live like Frank. God Speed my comrade and God Bless

I had the Honor of working with this great man but Personally He was my Friend and I loved him. He was one of the most positive people. I can remember him always telling a story or a joke and making you laugh. When times were tough, He never turned his back on me ever and he made sure he let me know that he never would. When most people say you either hate them or love them with him it was not a question, you loved him. That was his Character showing through. He truly was one in a million. Very sadly I say goodbye to him, but a joyous heart that will always fondly remember him with Happiness. He was the closest person I can compare to my Dad. So I conclude with something he always said to my Dad Semper Fi

While I'm not sure about what happens after we die I am sure about one thing. Wherever Frank is he's with my husband. Not only were they friends and co-workers but Frank died on the same date and is being buried on the same date as Jim Cline was. This to me is beyond coincidence. That two great men and Paramedics should depart exactly one year apart has to be a higher powers divine plan !! Frank will always be remembered in my thoughts and prayers.

I have known Frank since around 1978 when we both were students in the NJ Paramedic Program. His impish charm and many interesting, funny, and some tragic stories (some beyond belief, yet true as I heard them several times without any changes) never grew old. He was a true friend who you could always count on so much so when Julie and I wed he walked Julie down the aisle. I was a little nervous as with age Frank did not lose his charm for the opposite gender. I was afraid he would take off with the bride...LOLs! He was also My Best Man in more ways than I could ever mention, still is, and always will be a large part of my life.
To You An Irish Toast:
"Here's to beefsteak when you're hungry,
Whiskey when you're dry,
All the women you'll ever want,
And heaven when you die."
Rest In Peace Our Ole Friend, Michael & Julie
