Florinda "Flor" Payad, age 67, of North Cape May passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Crest Haven TLC Unit after a lengthy illness. Flor was born August 28, 1946 in San Fernando, Panpanga, Phillipines. She has been a Cape May area resident since 1988. Flor was a CMA working for over 20 years for Genesis Health Care at both Victoria Commons and Victoria Manor. She thoroughly enjoyed her work and taking care of her patients. She later devoted her time to caring for her parents. Flor was predeceased by her mother Rachel Payad; her two brothers Gil & Mayorico; and her sister-in-law Angela Payad. She is survived by her father Guillermo Payad; her two sisters: Medalla (Marcelino) Santos & Magdalena (Carlos) Manalang; her two brothers: Wilfredo Payad & Raul Payad; her sister-in-law Mercedes Payad; her sister-in-law Debra Payad; and many loving nieces & nephews.
